To verify your mobile number to send SMS campaigns within ActivePipe, either:
- For the first time;
- Or, to annually reverify for security purposes
Start by navigating to the Settings menu (1), and then selecting the SMS sub menu (2).
* If you don't see the SMS sub menu, SMS is not enabled in your ActivePipe account.

From here, within SMS settings:
- Stay on the Sending & Receiving tab (3):
- Under the Use your own phone number section, type the number you want to use within the Enter your phone number box (4).
- Select Verify
A confirmation code will then be sent to the number you have specified. *
* If you don't receive the code, you can select the resend confirmation message link (5).
- Still within Sending & Receiving, a Confirmation Code box will appear. Once you receive the code to your mobile, type it here (6).
- Select Confirm.
A green tick will indicate that your number has been verified.
If you have credits in your account, you can now send SMS campaigns from this number.
Annual verification does not apply to Alphanumeric sender ID's.
