To add SMS credits to your ActivePipe account, firstly confirm that you have entered your billing details. Then navigate to the Settings menu, and choose the SMS sub menu.

From here:

• Click on the Credits tab (1).
• Select the credit pack you would like to purchase, e.g: Medium Pack - 500 credits.
• Click Buy Now

• Confirm that you are happy to go ahead by clicking Purchase
•  If you see an alert advising that your purchase hasn't gone through, you can click Try Again or Cancel

Once the purchase is confirmed, you will be advised that the credits have been added, and see a payment summary.

Your account will then be updated, and you will be able to see your total credit tally when creating an SMS campaign.

* SMS credits are to be used within 12 months of purchase.
* SMS is currently only available to a small section of AU mortgage users.
