To send SMS campaigns from an Alphanumeric Sender ID, start by navigating to the Settings menu, and then select the SMS sub menu.
From here:

• Stay on the Sending & Receiving tab.
• Under the Use an Alphanumeric Sender ID section, within the Submit your Alphanumeric Sender ID for verification box, type in the text and numbers you want to use. *

* Alphanumeric Sender ID's must be 3-11 characters long, and you need to include at least one letter.

• Tick the I acknowledge that I have the right to use this Alphanumeric Sender ID box to confirm that you are legally permitted to use your selected number. 
• Select Verify

Your requested number will then go to verification stage (to confirm that it meets spam act requirements), during which time you will see: Your request is being verified

Verification of Alphanumeric Sender ID's can result in two outcomes:

• Approved: You will see Your request has been approved
  If you have credits in your account, you can use your Alphanumeric Sender ID to send SMS campaigns.
• Denied: If there is a reason why we cannot approve your chosen Alphanumeric Sender ID you will see: Your requested Alphanumeric Sender ID has been denied. Please check your email for more details.
  An email will be sent to you detailing these reasons.
