The first step in sending SMS campaigns directly from your ActivePipe account is to contact the ActivePipe Customer Success or support team. They will advise if SMS is currently available to you*, and if so, enable the SMS functionality in your account.

* SMS is currently only available to a small section of AU mortgage users.

Once enabled, you can start sending SMS campaigns after completing a few simple set-up steps:

• Set up your billing details
• Set up your sending number/s
• Add SMS credits to your account

Once these steps are completed, you are ready to create SMS campaigns!
