Your Dashboard gives you high level information on your overall recent activity, which may include Highly Interactive Contacts, Property Notifications, and Most Popular Properties, and will encompass engagement from all of your campaigns. *
You can select any of the sections to see more in-depth details.
* Admins also see overall Sends, Opens, and Clicks for the whole office, for the life of the account.
Viewing an individual campaign report
You’ve sent a campaign and now, of course, you want to see who is looking at it!
If you have a Sends menu, you will find your reports here.
If you don't have a Sends menu, your reporting will be contained within your Campaigns menu.
To view the report you can either:
- Select the more icon next to the campaign you want to look into, and choose View Report.
- Or, select the particular campaign you want to look into. Once on the campaign settings page:
- Access the report either via the View Report button;
- Or the hyperlink next to the report snapshot beneath your campaign settings.
Within the report you’ll first see your Overview - showing high level information on your send - Emails Sent, View Rate, Interaction Rate, and Properties (if applicable).
The Interactions and Views tabs go into these results in more detail.
The Metrics tab is where you find your unsubscribes, bounces, and what type of devices your contacts are viewing from.
