Contacts
If your contact CRM is integrated with your ActivePipe account, your contact data will directly reflect that of your CRM, and will sync to update each way, every couple of hours. This will include updating any contact tags.
Your CRM remains your source of truth, so continue to manage your database there, and we will mirror that in ActivePipe.
If your contacts are not integrated, you can easily manage your contacts within ActivePipe using CSV files.
Properties
If you would like to send your contacts Residential or Commercial property, as part of your account set up process, ActivePipe can connect one or multiple property feeds to your account.
Just like your contacts, ActivePipe will regularly sync with your feed to update and reflect any changes or additions to your properties, allowing a high level of automation.
Emails
Your email templates have been created to reflect your branding.
You can run with the content we have suggested, or treat these as a starting point and totally personalise your emails. You have flexibility and control over what you can create in your account.
Campaigns
If you think of an email as the content, a campaign is the vehicle to send out that content.
It’s here that you decide who you want to send to, when, and which content you want to send them.
Campaigns can be very basic and send only once, or for some users they can be recurring, triggered by events, and/or include conditions.
What are the campaigns already in my account?
Some people will find a group of recommended campaigns already in your account, others will start with a clean slate.
The ActivePipe team are available to offer training to both Admin and Users, so that everyone has a good understanding of what's in your account, and can maximise the benefits of any included touch points.
