When you Save & Activate an SMS campaign, you may see one of four alert messages related to your campaign type and available credit tally:
Activating a scheduled campaign, with enough credits available
If you currently* have enough credits to send your campaign at its scheduled time (either immediately or at a set day and time in the future), you will see the following confirmation:
* Note that if you schedule other SMS campaigns at the same time or before this one, this will effect your available credit tally.
Activating a scheduled campaign, with not enough credits available
If you currently do not have enough credits to send your campaign at its scheduled time, you will see the following confirmation:
Top up your credits before the send time. This can be done through your Settings menu, within the SMS sub menu.
Activating a triggered campaign, with low credits available
When activating a trigger based campaign (that will send sporadically over time whenever required), with some credits available, you will see the following reminder message:
Top up your credits at any time through your Settings menu, within the SMS sub menu.
A triggered campaign, with no credits available
When activating a trigger based campaign (that will send sporadically over time whenever required), with no credits available you will see the following message:
Top up your credits straight away through your Settings menu, within the SMS sub menu.
