When adding a new user to ActivePipe, if you would like to integrate their Rex contacts with their ActivePipe account, you'll need to know their Rex user ID.

To locate the user's Rex ID, start by logging into your Rex admin account.

From here: 

• From the left menu bar, click on Settings (1)
• Then under the sub menu Other, choose Users & Security (2)

• Within the Users & Security menu, stay within the Rex Users tab and select a user from the list, e.g: Jay McBride (3) 

• Once within the user's profile, their user ID can be found after "#id=" in the URL, e.g: 879 (4)
