An Office-Wide account is a separate user within your ActivePipe account, usually accessible by your Admin, which has access to all contacts for your group/office, regardless of contact ownership.

You can utilise this account to send to:

• All contacts within your office/group database*; 
• All unassigned contacts within your office/group (those that are not "owned" by a user);
• All contacts with a particular tag or attribute within your office/group database.

Campaigns sent this way will come from your office rather than individual agents, so take this into consideration in terms of personalising your touch points (as personalised emails typically garner better open rates and engagement).

It’s also important to note that the campaigns in the office-wide account are not connected to your Admin and/or User accounts, so any emails and campaigns you need to access in this account need to be created here.

Also ensure that any emails you send here to assigned contacts are not the same as any emails sent through your Admin or User level accounts, as you will create duplications.
