As an Admin, you can have access to a range of functionality to manage the Users within your group.

Logged in as an Admin you may be able to:

• Invite new integrated Users to join your account. *

Or

• Invite new non integrated Users to join your account.*

* This functionality is not available by default to all Admins. Please contact ActivePipe Support to discuss further.

• Disable accounts for Users you no longer require.
• Send reset password links to Users within your group.
• Login as one of your Users to act on their behalf, e.g.:
  • To upload CSV contacts for an agent.
  • To update their profile details.

This functionality is accessible within your Users menu.
