You can contact the ActivePipe Support team directly within your ActivePipe account:
- Sign into your account and select the help icon at the bottom right of your screen.

A chat box will open, giving you the option to either:

Ask the virtual assistant for information on a specific topic:
- If you're unable to find answers to your query, the option to livechat with a Support team member will be offered when available. If livechat is not available, your query will be forwarded to the Support team, and someone will follow up with you via email.
- Or, go directly to our Knowledge Centre, to look around for yourself.
