When setting up a new ActivePipe account for one of your users, if you would like to integrate their AgentBox contacts with their ActivePipe account, you'll need to know their AgentBox user ID.

To locate the user's AgentBox ID, start by logging into your AgentBox admin account.

From here:

• From the bottom menu bar, click the MyOffice icon (1).
• Under MyOffice, click the Search button (2).
• Under Staff Results, click on the user whose User ID you want to find (3).

• Scroll down on the Staff Details tab to the Email section.
  Under the email box, you'll see "Capture:..." the code after this (up to the "@" symbol) is your users agent ID, e.g: 1stf0062.
