If you have an existing account with ActivePipe and need to add or change your contact CRM integration, contact the ActivePipe support team to assist you with a smooth and timely transition.
Try to provide the support team with as much detail as you can, including:
- The name of your new CRM.
- When the transition is scheduled to occur.
- If possible, your new CRM credentials - i.e: your office ID, api key, client ID.
If you do not know your credentials, just the new CRM name and your go-live date will be enough for us to start actioning your request.
It's important to note that when you change contact CRM's you will lose historical reporting data (as this is connected to your CRM).
