ActivePipe can give a corporate user or office admin the ability to invite new users to join ActivePipe, directly from the platform.
Contact the ActivePipe Support team to enable this functionality in your account, specifying if you are a corporate user or admin.
Start by navigating to your Users menu. From here:
- Click on the Invite User button.
- In the Invite User box, type in the first name, last name and email address of the person you want to invite.
- If you are a corporate user, select the Office dropdown and choose the office that you would like to invite this User to join.
- Select Invite

You will then see confirmation that your invite has been sent to the person you have selected.
Once invited, Users will be automatically added to your monthly bill.
If you would like to invite more than one person, repeat this process.
Invite links are valid for 90 days. You can resend an invite by selecting the more icon next to the Users details, and then selecting Resend Invite.
Activating the account - Invitee to complete
Your invitee will receive an email introducing them to ActivePipe, and prompting them to complete the set up of their account by selecting Get Started
Step 1
The new User will be prompted to fill in their primary contact details, and upload a profile image. Any information already known about the User (i.e: Name and email address) will be pre-filled.
Step 2
The User will then be prompted to complete their location details.
"Use organisation details" can be selected to use the already recorded office details.
Step 3
Finally, for those not using SSO, Users will be asked to create a password for their account.
Once the User completes the form and selects Get Started, they will be taken to their now live ActivePipe account, where they can get started by uploading contacts and creating emails.
