As an Admin, if your User accounts are integrated - i.e: ActivePipe sources and syncs your agent or broker information from a third party, you can invite new Users to join your ActivePipe account directly from the platform. 

Once invited, the Users will be automatically added to your monthly bill.

Start by navigating to your Users menu. From here:

• Click on the Invite User button.

• In the search bar, type the name of the person you would like to add, and then select the search icon.
• Select the Invite link next to correct person in the results list.

This person will then receive an email inviting them to use ActivePipe, with a linked button taking them straight to their now activated account.

The invite links are valid for 7 days. You can resend an invite by selecting the more icon next to the Users details, and then select Resend Invite.

You can also check when any of your Users were last active in their account under the Last Active column.
