In regard to Intent, ActivePipe may advise that a contact has been placed in a particular intent board (e.g: Upsizer) due to their direct or indirect engagement behaviour.

If Survey Response is listed as the Intent origin, this means that the contact has completed a survey sent via ActivePipe, and purposely advised that this is their intention.
