If a contact is indicated as an Upsizer, this is a doubly valuable lead.
This is a contact looking to buy, who may also have a property to list or be property managed.
There are two ways that a contact may be flagged as an upsizer:
- When they explicitly tell you this is the case, by completing a survey such as the Data Discovery survey (Survey Response).
- When their engagement patterns determine them to be as such, using the embedded ActivePipe algorithms and machine learning (System Identified).
