If a contact is indicated as a Seller, they may be thinking about listing their home. A timely, well scripted follow-up may be all the incentive they need to go ahead with obtaining an appraisal, and subsequently listing their property with you.
A contact can be flagged as a seller by:
- Clicking on an "Appraisal" Call-To-Action, but not submitting the request (System Identified).
- Recently clicking on numerous sold properties near their home (System Identified).
- Explicitly telling you this is the case, by completing a survey such as the Data Discovery survey * (Survey Response).
* The question related to selling is not available in all Data Discovery campaigns.
