When a contact receives an email containing an "Request an Inspection" or "Request a Showing" call-to-action and submits the form, the contact owner will be notified in two ways:
On the Dashboard
The request will be highlighted as a number in the "Inspection Requests" or "Viewing Requests" section on your dashboard (1). *
* The location of this on your dashboard will differ depending on your platform level.
Click on the Inspection/Viewing Request panel to see the request list in full detail.
From here you can click on any contact to see their full Contact Profile.
* For AUS users this can be amended to contact owner only if preferred in your Account Settings menu.
For US users the alert is sent to the contact owner only.
