Depending on whether you have shared an audience with other users, or if you are the recipient of a shared audience, your options when unsubscribing a shared contact will differ.

- Click on the correct contact record to go to their Contact Profile.
- Click the Manage Subscription button.
- On the subsequent pop-up, you will have the option to:
- Unsubscribe the contact only within your own account:
- Click the subscription toggle to Unsubscribed and click Apply.
- OR, unsubscribe the contact from all shared audiences as well as your own account:
- Click the Unsubscribe from shared audiences link.
- On the confirmation screen, verify that you wish to unsubscribe the contact from all shared audiences.
- Unsubscribe the contact only within your own account:
- If you wish the contact to remain subscribed in your account only, after clicking the Unsubscribe from shared audiences link, click the subscription toggle back to Subscribed for your account before clicking Apply.
