An Audience is a dynamic group of contacts that have one, or multiple things, in common.
A powerful segmenting tool, Audiences allow you to customise your reach to a higher level than Tags alone. They also help you automatically target contacts with specific content, only if and when it's relevant to them.

Audiences are created by adding one or more filters. The contacts in your database are checked against these filters, and if they match, they are included in the Audience.

Audiences are fluid in that all your contacts will continue to be checked against Audience rules, and will be added or removed, based on updates to each contacts profile. *

* Your Matching Contact totals will fluctuate over time, as contacts are added or removed from the Audience.
Sendable contact totals will also fluctuate, based on contact reachability.

For example, you can create an Audience that targets buyers looking for 3+ bedrooms, and in the 94549 zipcode.

You will reach different contacts over time, as new contacts are added to the Audience matching these preferences (targeting contacts as they become interested in these types of properties), and existing contacts are removed after their preferences change (e.g.: after contacts purchase a property).

Navigate to the Audiences menu to see a list of all your current Audiences, or create a new Audience.
