Contacts integrated into ActivePipe are separated by user, based on their assignment, first point of contact, or contact owner in your CRM.
Alternatively, if your contacts are managed through the upload of CSV files, these are also separated by User.
Whilst this is preferable in a lot of cases, there are times where you would like to communicate with all contacts in your office with a particular tag or attribute, regardless of their user assignment, or whether they are assigned at all.
You can easily do this by creating an Audience in your Office-Wide account.
