Once a company's Salestrekker 2.0 integration is complete, we recommend the following steps be taken to ensure that your ActivePipe setup is done correctly and your company is ready to run campaigns.
Please complete the following to ensure your Salestrekker integration is correct.
Check your contacts have synced Your ActivePipe contact count should match the contacts in your Salestrekker CRM.
- Log into ActivePipe
- Navigate to Contacts
- Compare the number of contacts with your Salestrekker account
Important Make sure you are listed as the contact owner for the contacts you expect to see.
Confirm your loan data is syncing correctly.
ActivePipe now pulls loan data from Salestrekker which powers your campaigns and client communication.
To check this:
- Go to Contacts in ActivePipe
- Open a client record
- Click the Loans tab
- Confirm that the loan information is visible Correct loan data ensures your campaigns trigger at the right time.
Activate your key campaigns.
Recommended campaigns to activate:
- Birthday Campaign
The Birthday campaign is triggered by the Date of Birth field and sends automatically when a client celebrates their birthday.
To check this field:
- Go to Contacts
- Search for the contact
- Open the contact record
- Confirm the Date of Birth custom field is populated.
- Post-Settlement Campaign
The Post-Settlement campaign keeps you connected with clients after their loan settles.
Typical touchpoints include:
- Settlement congratulations
- 1-month check-in
- 12-month anniversary review
- 24-month anniversary review
- 36-month anniversary review
These campaigns are triggered using the Settlement Date once the deal status is marked as Settled.
- Nurture Campaigns
Nurture campaigns help you engage leads based on their interests or loan goals.
Examples include:
- Purchasing
- Refinancing
- First Home Buyers
- Investor Lending
- Renovation
- Business & Commercial
These campaigns are tag-triggered.
To activate them:
- Create the corresponding tag in Salestrekker
- Apply the tag to the relevant contact
- Ensure the tag name matches the trigger used in ActivePipe
Once the tag is applied, the nurture sequence will trigger automatically
Once activated, these campaigns help you stay in touch with clients automatically.
