Once your Stay in Touch / Post Settlement campaigns are activated, content will be sent automatically, based on the following timelines:
Happy Birthday
- The Happy Birthday email or SMS* will be sent on the date of your contacts Birthday, at 9 am, every year.
* Depending on which method you choose to activate.
Post Settlement Stage
- Fixed Interest Rate Expiry: The email or SMS* is sent 60 days before the Fixed Rate Expiry date recorded against a contacts loan (1).
- Interest Only Expiry: The email or SMS* will go out 60 days before the Interest Rate Expiry date recorded against a contacts loan.
* Depending on which method you choose to activate.
- Congratulation Email: This email will be sent on the exact date of settlement (2).
- Following the 1st or 2nd Repayment: This email will be sent 1 month after the Settlement date.
- New Car Loans: This email is sent 6 months after the Settlement date.
- 1st Year Anniversary: This email is sent 1 year after the Settlement date.
- Insurance Check: This email is sent 1 year and 6 months after the Settlement date.
- 2nd Year Anniversary: This email is sent 2 years after the Settlement date.
- 3rd Year Anniversary: This email is sent 3 years after the Settlement date.
Application Stage
- Lodgement Confirmation: This email is sent on the Lodgement date (3).
- Unconditional Approval Confirmation: This email is sent on the Unconditional Approval date (4).
- Conditional Approval Confirmation: This email is sent on the Conditional Approval date (5).
- Pre-Approval Expiry: This email will be sent 30 days before the Pre-Approval Expiry date (6).
