The ActivePipe Post Settlement 3 Year Campaign is a customer journey that is triggered by an application status being marked as "Settled" in Podium (1).
When this sync's with your ActivePipe account, the contact tag of Application Status: Settlement (Podium) (2) is added to the contact associated with the application.
When the Post Settlement 3 Year Campaign is active* it will then automatically trigger and commence the post settlement campaign journey for this contact.
* Make sure to click Save & Activate (3) in the Post Settlement 3 Year Campaign to utilise this customer journey.
