ActivePipe sync's any client birthdates recorded in your Podium account (1), through to your contacts' record in ActivePipe.

When the Happy Birthday campaign is activated in your account, your contacts will automatically be sent a personalised email on their birthday each year.

You can log in and personalise the email template at any time.
We recommend that you update it at least once a year, so that your clients won't receive the same email twice.

Activating the Happy Birthday Campaign

To enable the Happy Birthday campaign, start by navigating to the Campaigns menu.
From here:

• Under your Current tab, locate and select the Happy Birthday campaign
  (use Search to locate it if you have lots of campaigns).
• Click Save & Activate (2)
