* It is important to note that your campaigns need to be Activated first, before categorising your contacts. Once activated, adding the category to a contact triggers the email being sent to them.
If the contact already has the category when the campaign is activated, they will not receive the email.
Once your Lead Nurture campaigns are activated in ActivePipe, your emails will be sent to contacts when you add specific categories to their contact record in MyCRM. These categories sync through to your ActivePipe account as Contact Tags.
The lead nurture campaigns and relating MyCRM categories / ActivePipe Contact Tags are:
Asset Finance Tips
In MyCRM, add the category of: Nurture - Asset Finance to contacts you would like to send this campaign to.
Purchasing Tips
In MyCRM, add the category of: Nurture - Purchasing to contacts you would like to send this content to.
Refinancer Tips
In MyCRM, add the category of: Nurture - Refinancing (1) to contacts you would like to send this campaign to.
Investor Tips
In MyCRM, add the category of: Nurture - Investor to contacts you would like to send this content to.
Finance Tips
In MyCRM, add the category of: Nurture - Finance Tips to contacts you would like to send this campaign to.
Renovation Tips
In MyCRM, add the category of: Nurture - Renovation to contacts you would like to send this campaign to.
What if these categories don't exist in your MyCRM account?
If the category types above do not currently exist in your MyCRM account, you can add them as a new category (2).
