The assisted mortgage campaign schedules are as follows:*

The Residential Newsletter

The residential newsletter is scheduled to be sent on the last Thursday of each month at 3 pm (local time).

The ActivePipe team will add the new email and campaign into your account 2-3 days prior to this, i.e: the Monday or Tuesday of that week.

You will receive two email notifications during this period:

• On the day the new content is added you'll be sent an email from the ActivePipe team advising that it is ready, so that you can log in and personalise your content if you wish to. Changes are completely optional, the residential newsletter will be sent automatically on your behalf either way.
• On the day of the send you'll be sent another email from the ActivePipe team at 9am AEST/AEDT, as a final reminder for that send.

For example, the schedule for March 2022 would be:

• Monday or Tuesday 21-22/3/2022: The new email and campaign is added to your account.
  An email is sent to you by ActivePipe to advise that the content is ready to view and optionally personalise.
• Thursday 24/03/2022:
  • At 9am AEST/AEDT another email is sent to you by ActivePipe, reminding you of the impending send.
  • At 3pm local time the campaign is sent automatically on your behalf.

Business Newsletter

If you opt-in for the business newsletter*, the ActivePipe team will add this into your account on the same day as the residential newsletter (i.e: 3 days prior to the last Thursday of the month).
It's important to note that the business newsletter will always be added to your account as a Draft campaign. To send this campaign, you will just need to activate it in your account.

* You can opt-in to be given the business newsletter when you first have your ActivePipe account set up, or by contacting the ActivePipe broker support team.

The RBA announcement email

The RBA campaign is sent on the First Tuesday of each month, at 3-3:30pm AEST/AEDT.

The RBA makes their announcement on the first Tuesday of each month at 2:30 pm AEST/AEDT time.

The RBA campaign in your ActivePipe account will be updated and automatically sent on your behalf 30-60 minutes after the official announcement is made, so that your contacts are informed (by you) as soon as possible, promoting you as the local expert.
