The survey provides your contacts with a quick and simple way to let you know their interests, intentions and even request an appraisal or valuation. This insight helps you identify which contacts in your database you should be focusing on so that you can grow your pipeline, add to your rent roll, and provide outstanding return on investment.
When is the Data Discovery campaign sent, and to who?
We recommend sending the Data Discovery campaign when your ActivePipe account first goes live - to kick start your opportunities. After that it can be sent quarterly to re-engage and capture any changes to your contacts circumstances and preferences.
You should send the Data Discovery campaign to all your contacts, to uncover those unexpected leads. Your campaign timing and audience can be customised if you prefer.
What happens when a contact completes the survey?
When a contact completes and submits the survey, you’ll see their responses on your ActivePipe Dashboard under Intent, Profile Updates and Requests, with any Requests also being emailed to you directly so that you can jump straight onto them!
The Data Discovery Campaign is not enabled for all customers. Contact your Account Manager, Customer Success team, or the ActivePipe Support team to discuss enabling this in your account.
