ActivePipe allocates all contacts for your office or group based on contact ownership or assignment.
However when a contact attends an inspection, it may be listed by an agent other than their first point of contact.
For this reason, the triggered open home feedback email is usually sent from your office, rather than from an individual agent*.
Sending this from the office eliminates any confusion for the contact, whilst respecting contact assignment.
Any feedback submitted here will be found in the office-wide account, accessible by the admin for your group, and can be forwarded to the listing agent.
* This email cannot be sent from the listing agent, but can be configured to be sent from the contact owner if you prefer. Contact the ActivePipe Support team to enable this.
