When a contact attends an inspection or open home, ActivePipe can automatically send them a follow up email to request their feedback on the property.*
* Enabling this trigger based email campaign is dependant on your contact and listing integrations, specifically in relation to syncing attendance events.
At this point in time, there are no US based integrations enabling this functionality.
How does the Open Home Feedback campaign work?
At a selected time after a contact is marked as attending a property (in your CRM - later syncing to your ActivePipe account), the campaign is triggered, sending the contact/s an email containing a link to the Property Feedback survey.
The Open Home Feedback Campaign set up
Due to the connection required between both your contacts and the specific property, the ActivePipe support team will set up this triggered campaign up for you.*
The point of contact may differ - some offices may send the Open Home Feedback Campaign from the contact owner, while others will send it from the office or brand, depending on preferences advised at your account set up. If it is sent from the office, the campaign, email and all feedback will be found in the office-wide account.
* This campaign is not automatically set up for all users. If you do not currently have the open home feedback campaign in your account, speak to your Admin or ActivePipe support team about enabling this in your account.
The Open Home Feedback Email set up
Like the campaign, due to the complexity of the contact to property connections here, the ActivePipe support team will set this up for you.
When sent, the email contains a personalised greeting, a concise invitation for the contact to provide feedback, a call-to-action link (usually a button), and an image of the connected property.
For example:
The call-to-action link connects not only to the Property Feedback survey, but it also links the correct property, as indicated within the Add Link options. The options will show the ticked Use property from campaign trigger checkbox and Property selection box as not editable, to prevent this connection from being accidentally broken.
The included property panel also utilises a property filter linking the property.
The property panel will not display an image preview in the email editor or preview, as this is connected to the property at the time of send.
What does the property feedback survey look like?
You can preview your Property Feedback survey in your Settings - Landing Pages sub menu.
The property feedback survey is presented in your branding, and personalised to each contact and property.
For example:
Can I request feedback on a property without an attendance event?
Alternatively to a triggered campaign, some users can create a scheduled campaign, and add a call-to-action asking contacts for their opinion on a selected property. Find out more about this here.
What happens when a contact leaves property feedback?
When a contact submits property feedback you'll receive an email notification, so that you can follow it up while their interest is peaked. You can also find all the details within the Property Notifications section on your ActivePipe dashboard.*
* Remember that the point of contact may differ. If this campaign is set up in the office-wide account, this is also where your feedback will be seen.
