Using the campaign Trigger of Contact Loan,* you can initiate content being sent based on a contacts specific loan data. For example, you can send your contacts an email based on details related to their Investment loan, at a selected date and time.
* Currently only available to users with a MyCRM integration.
Other users can utilise the Contact Event Date trigger and custom fields.
To do so, start by navigating to the Campaigns menu.
From here:
- Select Create Campaign
- If you have SMS and email campaigns enabled, select your preference.
- Give your campaign a name and select Continue
- Under Choose recipients, select the Send to ALL Contacts toggle to move it to On.*
* Your content will not be sent to all contacts as the subsequent Trigger and optional Conditions included in the campaign will filter the recipients.
- Select Add a new module.
- Choose the Trigger of Contact Loan (1).
- Within the Contact Loan module, click the Select Event box and choose an event from the list of options:
- Fixed Interest Rate Expiry Date
- Interest Only Expiry Date
- Pre Approval Date
- Settlement Date
- Unconditional Approval Date
- Using the time drop downs, set the time of day you would like your content to be sent.
- The timing dropdown will default to On the event date. Use the dropdown to alternatively select:
- Before Event: Use the subsequent drop downs to set how far before the chosen event you would like to send, e.g: 3 months.
- After Event: Use the subsequent drop downs to set how far after the chosen event you would like to send, e.g: 1 year.
- At this point you have the option of adding an additional Campaign Condition to further filter your campaign, and/or validate that the content is still relevant to your contacts at the time of send, e.g: The If Loan Value condition.*
* This condition is only available to use when the Contact Loan trigger is part of the campaign.
From here the workflow differs slightly based on whether it's an SMS or Email campaign:
Complete an Email Campaign
- Select Add a new module.
- Choose the Action of Send Email:
- Within the Send Email module, use the dropdown to select an existing email, or select Create to go through to the email builder and create a new one.
- Once your module options are set, either choose Save to save this campaign as a draft to come back to later, or Save & Activate to set your campaign running.
Complete an SMS Campaign
- Select Add a new module.
- Choose the Action of Send Text Message.
- Within the Send Text Message select a template or type in your SMS message.
- Once your module options are set, either choose Save to save this campaign as a draft to come back to later, or Save & Activate to set your campaign running.
