As a user, there are times when a campaign has been set up for your whole office (i.e: to send on behalf of all the agents/brokers within), that you may wish to make changes to at a personal level.
Note: Changing your campaign settings is different to changing your email content.
The way to do this depends on the changes you want to make:
Change the Recipients
As a user you can quickly and simply change the recipients selected for you by ActivePipe or your admin.
Change the Schedule
If you would like your campaign schedule to be different to everyone else in your office, you will need to opt-out of the admin created campaign, and create (or have ActivePipe/your admin create for you) a new campaign in your account, with the same recipients and email selections, but with your preferred schedule.
Make sure to name your new campaign to distinguish it from the admin created campaign, and don't forget to opt out of the former first, to ensure you don't send out duplicate emails.
Change the Email selected
If you would like select a different email for your campaign than everyone else in your office (as opposed to personalising it *), you will need to opt-out of the admin created campaign, and create (or have ActivePipe/your admin create for you) a new campaign in your account, with the same recipients and date & time selections, but with your different email selection.
Make sure to name your new campaign to distinguish it from the admin created campaign, and don't forget to opt out of the former first, to ensure you don't send out duplicate emails.
* It is important to note that you can personalise an existing email template created for you instead of changing it completely.
It is also important to note that if your admin makes any changes to the email template from their account, this will update your email to match. This would mean that you need to return and re-submit your personalisations. Therefore, if your changes are significant, it is worth considering a separate email template selection, as detailed above.
Re-schedule a campaign paused at Admin level
If a campaign was created and paused by your admin, but you would like to make it active again just for yourself, you will need to create (or have ActivePipe/your admin create for you) a new campaign in your account with the same settings, and Save & Activate it so that it sends out just from your account.
Give a distinguishable name to your new campaign to differentiate it from the admin created campaign, and make sure your admin is aware of this so that if/when the admin campaign is rescheduled, you don't send out duplicate emails.
