You can edit an existing campaign unless it has a status of Finished, Stopped, or Processing. *
* It's important to note that some changes do not require you to pause an active campaign, for example: amending users and recipients.
Other changes, like amending when you would like your email to be sent out, will require an active campaign to be paused before changes can be made.
To make changes any to an existing campaign, start by navigating to the Campaigns menu.
Find the campaign that you want to modify, and click on it to go through to its settings.

To add or remove users
Admins can add or remove users from a campaign when it is either active (scheduled or running, but not processing) or in draft status.
- Within the Users module:
- To add, click the Add a User dropdown box and select the user you wish to add;
- To remove, click the x attached to any currently selected user to remove them from the campaign.
- Then click the activated Save button to update the campaign. *
- In the Activate your Campaign confirmation box, choose whether you want to notify your users, and click OK.
* If your campaign was in draft mode prior to this and you now wish to activate it, click Save & Activate instead.
To add recipients
Without pausing your campaign, within the Recipients module, you can add recipients by:
- Searching for certain contacts, tags or audiences;
- Browsing your tags and audiences;
- Toggling Send to ALL contacts on;
- or Admins can choose to edit by user.
Once you've made your changes, click the activated Save button to update the campaign. *
* If your campaign was in draft mode prior to this and you now wish to activate it, click Save & Activate instead.
To remove recipients
Without pausing your campaign, within the Recipients module:
- Hover over any previously selected tag, audience, or contact until you see the x.
- Click to remove this selection.
Once you've made your changes, click the activated Save button to update the campaign. *
* If your campaign was in draft mode prior to this and you now wish to activate it, click Save & Activate instead.
To change the date and/or time
With a scheduled or running campaign, start by clicking the Pause button at the top of your campaign.
Then, within the Date & Time module:
- Select a different date and/or time using the date and time picker;
- Or choose Schedule Immediately if you want the campaign to start running immediately after clicking the Save & Activate button.
- If the campaign has a repeating schedule, you can modify how often often your campaign recurs - e.g: change from weekly to fortnightly.
- After making any changes, click Save & Activate to re-start your campaign.
To change the email being sent
For a scheduled or running campaign, start by clicking the Pause button at the top of your campaign.
Then in the Send Email module, simply choose a different email from those available in the dropdown. Click Save & Activate to re-start your campaign.
