If you are able to build campaigns (i.e.: your campaign modules are not pre-defined and fixed), you are able to create a recurring campaign. *
* If your campaigns are pre-defined, but you would like to be able to send recurring campaigns, contact your Admin, Customer Success manager or ActivePipe Support team to discuss.
To create a new recurring campaign, start by navigating to the Campaigns menu.
From here:
- Select Create Campaign
- If you have options at the next step (e.g.: SMS Campaign, Email Campaign, Pre-built email, or Create new email campaign), select to create a new email or SMS campaign.
- Give your campaign an internal reference name.
- Select Continue
- Within the campaign builder, start by choosing who you would like to send to *
* Admins will first see Users, to select who they want to send on behalf of
- Then select Add a new module, and select the Scheduler of Date & Time.
- Within the Date & Time module, set the time you would like this campaign to start, either:
- Schedule immediately after the campaign is activated;
- OR Schedule for a specific date and time in the future.
- To set your campaign to repeat, tick the Repeat this schedule box, and from the dropdown options that appear, select how often you want your campaign to recur:
- Every Day, e.g.: "Just Listed" alerts
- Every Week, e.g.: "Weekly Listings" campaigns
- Every Fortnight (2 weekly)
- Every Month, e.g.: "Sold property reports"
- Every Quarter (3 monthly), e.g.: Data Discovery

Every Year (12 monthly), e.g.: Holiday campaigns
- Select Add a new module again, and choose the Action of Send Email or Send SMS
- Complete your campaign by:
- Selecting an existing, or creating a new email.
- Or, selecting an SMS template, or typing in a new message.
- The last step is to select Save, to save this campaign as a Draft to return to later, or select Save & Activate, to set your campaign live.
