If you have a contact tag that you would like to delete from your ActivePipe account, it's important to note that:
- Only Custom type tags can be deleted within your ActivePipe account.
Intent, Integrated*, and Shared tags cannot be deleted here. - Custom tags must have no contacts allocated to them before you can delete them.
- You cannot remove a Custom tag if it is used in a Blacklist;
- Custom tags in use, e.g: within an Audience or Campaign, may be deleted (again, if there are no contacts allocated to the tag).
