There are a few ways that you can remove a contact from a Custom Contact Tag:*

• Remove a contact from a tag within the Tags menu
• Remove a tag from a contact through the Contacts List.

• Remove a tag from a contact within a Contact Profile.

• You can also remove multiple contacts from a tag

Remove a contact from a tag within the Tags menu

Start by navigating to the Tags menu.
From here:

• From the list of contact tags, locate and select the one that you would like to remove the contact from.*
• Within the list, use the Search bar if required to locate the contact you want to remove from the tag.
• Select the more option adjacent to the contact you want to remove the tag from.
  • Select Remove from Tag
  • On the confirmation prompt, select Confirm to finish removing the tag.

Remove a tag through the Contacts List

Start by navigating to the Contacts menu.
From here:

• Click on the Contact List tab.
• If required, search for a contact within the search box.
• Select the more option adjacent to the contact you wish to remove the tag from.
• Select Tags

• Within the Tags box, click the x next to the tag you wish to remove.*
• Select OK to close the Tags options.

Remove a contact tag within a contacts profile

Start by navigating to the Contacts menu.
From here:

• Click on the Contact List tab.
• If required, search for a contact within the search box.
• Click on the relevant contact to go into their Contact Profile
• Scroll down the Contact Information page to locate the Tags section.
• Click the x next to the tag.*

* Only Custom tags can be removed, Intent, Shared and Integrated tags cannot be removed this way.
