On occasion you may remove or delete categories from your CRM as they are no longer needed.
If your contacts are integrated with your ActivePipe account, you'll find that even though there are no contacts with the corresponding tag in your ActivePipe account after this, the tag will still be available when selecting campaign recipients.
If you would like to "clean up" the unused tags in your account, please contact ActivePipe support and advise which are no longer in your CRM. Please take care when informing ActivePipe support of which tags you wish to remove, ensuring that they are also removed in your CRM or the tags will reappear.
