Date & Time

Choose a specific date and time from the drop downs, or tick the Schedule Immediately box if you’d like the campaign to start running as soon as you click the Save & Activate button.

For a regularly recurring campaign, tick the Repeat this schedule box** in this module and select the recurring period from the dropdown - choose from:

• Every Day: Send at the same time each day.
• Every Week: Send on the same day each week, e.g: every Thursday.
• Every Fortnight: Send every 2 weeks, on the same day, e.g.: every 2nd Thursday
• Every Month: Send monthly, on the same date each month, e.g.: May 30th, June 30th... *
• Every Quarter: Send every 3 months, on the same date in the month, e.g.: Feb 28, May 28, Aug 28, Nov 28. *

* If you choose a date that is not valid for every recurrence (e.g: the 31st), your campaign will send on the closest valid day (e.g: February 28th)

** Not all users have access to the Repeating schedule function.
If you do not have this but would like to use it, speak to your admin, principal, or ActivePipe support about enabling this for you.

Delay

Set your campaign to delay by Days, Weeks, Months or Years, all customisable by number.

Multiple delays can be included when multiple actions are being taken e.g:
Send Email 1 > Delay for 7 Days > Send Email 2 > Delay 7 days > Send Email 3.

Great for lifecycles and anniversaries.
