When looking at a recipient breakdown within Audiences or Campaigns, you may see that your total Sendable contacts are less than the total number of contacts you have selected. This is due to contacts being unreachable if they are:

• Unsubscribed
• Not subscribed
• Deferred
• Invalid (SMS)
