If a lead or client has the "Email Opt Out" option selected in your Podium account (1), then they will sync to your ActivePipe account as unsubscribed by reason of integration.

To resubscribe a contact, deselect the Email Opt Out option in Podium, and the subscription status will update in your ActivePipe account upon the next sync.
