Make sure that you can reach all of your contacts from your ActivePipe account, by first ensuring they are listed as marketable in your MBS account.

Whenever you upload contacts into your MBS account, by default under Marketing Contact Method they will be listed as Never, and sit in your Never Market Clients list.

To update this so that the contact can be synced through to your ActivePipe account you can either:

• Go into an individual contact record and click on the Marketing Contact Method dropdown;
• Update the selection to Email (1). *
  This will include the contact in the Marketable People report, used to sync with your ActivePipe account.

OR

• Select the entire Never Market Clients marketing report and export it to ActivePipe as you would with the Marketable People report. *

* Only update a selection to Email, or use the entire Never Market list if you are certain that you have permission to market to everyone selected.
