ActivePipe connects to the fixed interest rate expiry and the interest only expiry dates that are recorded within Sales Trekker under each contact’s Finance Profile section.
To see where this information is obtained and managed within Sales Trekker:

• Search for and select a contacts card (not the deal).
• Select the Finance Profile tab (1) to bring up the loans that are under the contact.

• From the list of loans, select the edit icon next to the one you would like to view or update. Within the edit options:
  • View or enter the Interest Only Expiry Date (2),
  • View or enter the Fixed Expiry Date (3).
• If changes are made, select Save

ActivePipe will sync these dates into your ActivePipe account, and display the closest upcoming date.
