The ActivePipe finance nurture campaigns are triggered by particular tags being added to your contacts in ActivePipe. These tags are generated by labels being added to contacts in your SFGConnect account.

The labels are detailed here.

If you do not already have these labels, it's easy to create them:

How to create new labels in SFGconnect

• From your SFGconnect account, click the more icon (1) and choose Settings.
• Scroll down the menu on the left until you find Labels (2) - click here.
• Click the + ADD NEW button (3).

• Then, within the Add label pop-up:
  • Under Type, click the dropdown and choose Contact.
  • Under Name, type in each new ActivePipe nurture label, exactly as you see them written above in this guide.
  • Click Save.

Once you have created the labels, make sure to allocate them to relevant contacts to trigger the nurture campaigns in ActivePipe.
