The ActivePipe Finance nurture campaigns are a series of journeys designed to educate and empower different types of contacts in your database.
These campaigns are triggered by certain categories, labels, or tags being added to your contacts profiles within your CRM. Once these sync through to your ActivePipe account, they become contact tags.
To utilise the nurture campaigns, the labels to add and assign in your CRM are: *

It is important for the labels to be named exactly as written above for them to trigger the nurture campaigns.
It is also important to add each label to a test contact prior to activating the nurture campaigns.
