When you first log into ActivePipe as a new User you will see a prompt, giving you the option to either synchronise your Contactually contacts with ActivePipe, or continue without connecting*.
* For admins and PA's with access to multiple Contactually accounts, or configuring ActivePipe on behalf of another agent, it's important to double check that you are logged into the correct Contactually account prior to connecting. This will ensure that you sync the right contacts to the right account.
If you click the "Continue without contact synchronising" link, your Contactually account will not be connected. In this case you can easily manage your contacts within ActivePipe using CSV uploads.
Should you accidentally choose the wrong option, or connect the wrong Contactually account, contact the ActivePipe Support team to reset your contact management.
Note: Any contacts listed as 'Archived' in Contactually will be listed as 'Unsubscribed' in ActivePipe.
