New ActivePipe Users
When you first log into ActivePipe as a new User you will see a prompt, giving you the option to either synchronise your Cloze contacts with ActivePipe, or continue without connecting.
Here you will have the option* to either sync all contacts, or only tagged contacts (contacts with tags, segments or stages in Cloze):
* In limited cases, users may alternatively see the option to sync all contacts that have keywords, segments or stages in their Cloze account:
In this case contacts without keywords, segments or stages will not sync over.
Or sync all contacts:
In all cases, audiences and buyer preferences (bedrooms, bathrooms, price) will also sync with ActivePipe.*
* Please note that only buyer preferences where the minimum and maximum values are set will sync.
If you click the "Continue without contact synchronising" link, your Cloze account will not be connected. In this case you can easily manage your contacts within ActivePipe using CSV uploads.
Should you accidentally choose the wrong option, contact support@activepipe.com to reset your contact management.
Merging existing ActivePipe contacts with Cloze
If you already have contacts uploaded in your ActivePipe account, it is possible to merge them with your Cloze account, so that you don’t have to delete or lose data from your existing ActivePipe contacts.
Contact the support team to enable this in your account.
