A custom field is a way of mapping additional contact information in your ActivePipe account, outside of the standard fields*. For example, you might like to map a contacts favourite architectural style, interior design, or even their spouses name.

You can elect to map columns as custom fields during a CSV upload, or you can create a new Custom Field within your Settings menu.

Once saved, you can see (and edit) custom field data within a Contacts Profile, by clicking the more icon on the contact information bar, and scrolling down past the standard fields (1).
