To see the Tags allocated to a particular contact, start by navigating to the Contacts menu.
From here:
- On the Overview tab, use Quick Search to look for a contact;
- Or select the Contact List tab and use the search bar and/or filters to locate a contact.
- Click on the relevant contact to go into their Contact Profile
- Staying on the Information tab, scroll down if necessary to locate the Tags section (1)
- Under this you will see all tags currently allocated to this contact.
- You can also add or remove Custom tags here.*
* Integrated, Shared and Intent tags cannot be removed here.
