If the contacts in your ActivePipe account are managed within the platform, you can also manage their buyer preferences within the platform, through CSV imports, or directly within their Contact Profile.*
* If your contacts are integrated you can view your contacts buyer preferences, but you cannot edit them here. Make any updates in your CRM and they will sync through to your ActivePipe account.
Start by navigating to the Contacts menu, and locate the contact you would like to update using quick search. Click on the contact record to enter their contact profile. From here:
- Click the more icon located on the information bar to open the Edit Contact menu.
- Click on the Preferences tab to see the current preferences recorded.
- Select to update the:
- Classification, e.g: Upsizing
- Location of buyer interest (ZIP/Postcode, City, State, Country).
- Zoning Type, e.g: Residential or Commercial.
- Property Type, e.g: House, Townhouse, Apartment.
- Bedrooms: Min and/or Max - either select a number from the dropdown, or type one in.*
- Bathrooms: Min and/or Max - either select a number from the dropdown, or type one in.*
- Parking: Min and/or Max Spaces - either select a number from the dropdown, or type one in.*
- Price Range: Min and/or Max - either select a number from the dropdown, or type one in.*
- Lot/Land Size: Min and/or Max in sqm (ANZ) or sqf (US) - either select a number from the dropdown, or type one in.*
- Building Size: Min and/or Max in sqm (ANZ) or sqf (US) - either select a number from the dropdown, or type one in.*
- Listing Type, e.g: Sale or Lease
* The Max must be greater than the Min if both added.
- You can also update the contact's profile information by selecting the Profile tab.
- Select Finish to update the preferences and close the menu.
The updated buyer preferences will then be shown on the information bar (1). *
* The information bar will display the classification, property type and price range. Additional information on preferred bedrooms and suburbs can be seen by clicking the more icon.
